Flinch is the company that animated Tim Burton's Stainboy on shockwave.com. Their site's an interesting attempt to integrate character animation into a corporate web site.

look at the web page of state design. It's essentially a well designed site map that lets you access content by zooming into specific areas. Elegant and simple.

this link: nosepilot has been floating around for a while, but I don't think I've seen it passed around angry monkey yet.. It's a beautiful, long, flash animation.. allow some time to watch it.

linkdup is a design-centric link database by preloaded (see previous link) that's exceedingly well organized and easy to browse.

preloaded, a nicely done flash site. I've seen the tv inside a computer screen metaphor a few too many times, but they do a good job with it.
