Check the site of the people responsible for the robots. This stuff really strikes a chord with me..
John Siracusa's series of articles on arstechnica critiquing Mac OS X are excellent, and the latest one on the public beta is the best yet. The section on the user interface is especially insightful, listing OS X's crucial shortcomings one by one.
that book Unleashing The IdeaVirus is now available for free download. I don't know much about this book, whether it's worth reading...
